Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of EmpireOptix.
We do not issue refunds for photography/videography packages once the order is placed and confirmed. If a photoshoot is cancelled (regardless of reason), a credit will be applied for a future photoshoot - for example, if a seller no longer wants to sell their home.
Rescheduling a photoshoot must happen no later than 24-hours before the photoshoot takes place. If a photoshoot is changed or rescheduled after this timeframe, a ‘rescheduling fee’ of $50 will be charged.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues booking a shoot or downloading your images.
